1. A free 15-minute discovery call. A no-pressure call to understand your project and recommend the right service. No jargon, no commitment.
2. We come to you. A relaxed walkthrough of your home — listening to your ideas and identifying what's possible within your budget.
3. A clear, written proposal. Within a few days, you'll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment.
4. Suzie designs the concept. Once approved, Suzie develops a considered design plan tailored to you, your home, and how you live.
5. Nigel coordinates the team. For renovation projects, Nigel manages the trades and timeline — drawing on a trusted network built over many years.
6. Your home, beautifully realised. The result? A space that feels entirely, beautifully yours — delivered without the overwhelm.

Initial in-home consultations from $195.
Design packages are tailored to your project — from compact e-design starting at $295 through to full design and project management. After our first conversation, you'll receive a clear, written proposal with no surprises.
A 50% deposit secures your project in our schedule.
